Retail Agent Commissions Security

Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to the view, add, modify, and delete functions on the retail agent commissions tab.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [Edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Retail Agent.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Commission:

• View: When checked, allows theuser to view the commissions tab.
• Add: Enables the [Add New] link on the on the commissions tab. If a user does not have this right, the [Add New] link will be disabled.
• Modify: Enables the [Update] link on the View / Edit Existing Commissions screen.
• Delete: Enables the Remove icon on the commissions tab.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
